With forty years of experience and over 200 moulds on our resume, we provide our customers with reliable and resourceful mould making services. Our four step development process assists you in taking your initial idea from conception to finished product.

1. Initial Consultation

   During this stage you arrive with an idea, design, or plan for a product. Our staff works directly with you in providing suggestions, feedback, and ideas to refine your plan. Quotes and estimates can be provided at this time.

2. Mould Construction

   Assuming you have accepted our quote, we will begin building your custom mould. Our experienced tool and die makers will create your mould based on your specifications.

3. Product Sampling

   Once the mould has been completed we will conduct a series of tests and samples to ensure product quality and performance. Various plastics and injection methods will be used to provide you with several sample parts. We will at this point make refinements to the product as requested by you.

4. Product Production

   After the product samples have been approved, we will begin production of your product. Production prices are based on the quantity ordered.

With a well equipped tool shop and seven fully automated injection moulding machines, we can manufacture your product promptly and effectively.
